From Dream to Local Landmark
What started as a dream in 1976 has grown into a local landmark, loved for its welcoming atmosphere, homemade recipes, and commitment to serving the Ontario, NY community. From lunch and dinner classics to brick oven favorites, our passion for good food and great company continues to guide everything we do.
In 1976, George Konstantinou met with Homer Keisinger regarding the former Almekinder’s Super Duper Grocery Store. In October 1976, they reached a deal to begin renovations and convert the store into a restaurant. Seven months later, on May 5, 1977, Konstantinou’s Restaurant opened its doors. Thirty-six years and three generations later, the decision was made to expand the restaurant by adding a brick oven for pizzas and a bar area. With help from the entire family, Konstantinou’s Restaurant officially opened the Brick Oven and Sports Bar on January 13, 2014.
